Homeowners Applications
Habitat for Humanity of Central Iowa is now accepting applications for a home buyer for our newest home project in Ames, IA.
Applications will be accepted between August 30, 20022 and September 30, 2022. Applications may be picked up at our Office at 3504 Grand Avenue in Ames, or by going to our web site at the link below and downloading the application.
Habitat for Humanity of Central Iowa (HFHCI) builds homes using volunteer labor and local resources, and sells them to qualified home buyer families with 0% interest mortgages, at no profit. The mortgage, which includes principal, taxes and insurance will be in the $800 – $900 per month range.
